   Dr. Abel is an expert in diseases of the eye natural, and really seems to know his stuff. If you are interested in maintaining good vision and eye health throughout life, especially in the diet and supplements, read this book.    This book is the most informative and in plain English that anyone can understand. If you are a person who believes in herbs and natural therapies, because this is the book for you. Are the first was a library book, my husband, who is bleeding vessels, and eyes. We read and then decided it was too good to buy and maintain your personal library. We purchase the herbs that are recommended for this condition, and even the grass has gone to a little ‘more. There are some improvements (currently only 3 weeks). Dr Abel, the author is an excellent doctor and a gift may be information at all levels of understanding. This book should be every penny and more. You will not be disappointed if you are buying.    I was almost debilitating eye burning incident a month ago and I have lived several opthamologists who could not answer most of my questions about the recovery of my sight. Complicating matters was the Lasik surgery, which had hit the burn accident and no one could tell me anything. Until I read this book, this book has given me a holistic and scientific approach for the treatment and to complete my treatment. By additions of herbs, this book has given me a complete approach to healing.    Dr. Abels book brings a wealth of information on how to prevent common problems and sometimes vice versa in the eyes like cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma and others. Losing your vision can be a terrifying experience. Few people realize that 13 million people lose their vision from macular degeneration, eye and tell them that they can not do anything, except for laser surgery. I met Dr. Abel personally for over 10 years, and I saw with my own eyes a young girl and the 18 points of blindness, which can now be executed, and another woman with glaucoma eye drops are the last of his eyes for the pressure to go down to safe areas. I know that Dr. Abel flew to India to make free eye surgery in remote villages, has contributed in the first eye bank in many third world countries, and is not afraid to get on the floor to show young children how is fun is to take eye drops.
