I thought that the book is interesting and sometimes funny. I really do not relate to Debbie, but her ability to tell stories is a fun read. I’m not the type of dissecting the book in pieces, but I think this is worth reading. Rating: 5 / 5

You have to be on the other hand Mrs. Rodriguez. If nothing else (except the wealth of information for the beauty industry), has had the courage. Leaving his two children to America after his mother, takes off to another country to escape her abusive second husband (whom she later divorces), and, above all, to improve the lives of Afghan women. He creates his goal, but not before becoming the second (although preferred) wife of a man in Afghanistan, and many obstacles along the path. Their skills through a beautician, and the assistance of other humanists, he makes a distinction between life, choose the number of women who are allowed to continue operation: implementation of practices that they learn the school’s beauty salons and income to their families. Stories from the majority of women are the same, forced to marry men young and old, suffer from bullying in their mother-in-law and the abuse of their husbands. The starting point of the life of Western women working in Kabul is a breath of fresh air, but only speaks a little ‘local language and often troubled in its exposures, the visualization of the position to put him at a disadvantage because does sometimes culturally insensitive and undiplomatic behavior. On the other hand, one can not but admire his courage. Kabul Beauty School is a story of friendship, hope, and the powers of life, beautify the women of Kabul. 3. Well written, very personal story of a beautiful woman lover who tried to help Afghan women a more independent by teaching them how to set up a hairdressing salon and beauty. It seemed as if he wanted to do social success, where he had gone and his contribution is admirable. Rating: 4 / 5

I liked the book and the story. However, since I could not believe when you read the following http://www. npr. org / templates / story / story. php? storyId = 10634299, and the author, these women may be at risk of their lives. Are so bad for these women live in constant fear. I find it strange how Rodriguez claims that all women are wrong for him to receive a profit from this book. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this book is simply due to the fact that the names actually used in both the women in this story behind the Kabul suffer because when Rodriguez is safe in America and says he never returns, because the husband was in Kabul, in principle, but what? Women of other lives that are stuck in Kabul for their husbands?! Rating: 5 / 5
